Direct PK Thunder into Ness to launch him in the air and damage opponents with electricity. This also acts as a recovery.
Heal by absorbing projectiles with PSI Magnet. Ness doesn't shout the name of this move. One too many syllables, perhaps? Nah, that can't be.
