The effects of Judging opponents change depending on which random number is displayed on the card.1 deals 2% damage on an opponent but with zero knockback. Also deals 12% recoil damage on Mr. Game & Watch.2 deals 4% damage with minimal knockback. Has a 20% chance of tripping an opponent.3 deals 6% damage and knocks opponents towards Mr. Game & Watch. Also damages shields a good deal.4 deals 8% damage and slashes opponents diagonally upwards.5 deals 12% damage with four electrical charges.6 deals 12% damage, setting foes ablaze and semi-spiking those in the air.7 deals 14% damage and produces an apple on the ground if executed on the ground.8 deals 9% damage and briefly encases foes in ice.9 deals 32% damage and ginormous horizontal knockback, like the Home-Run Bat. KO's at single-digit percentages.
Oil Panic absorbs three projectiles that can be thrown out as a deadly puddle of oil. More powerful projectiles will fill it up in one go.
He transforms into an Octopus for his Final Smash. Control it with Control Stick, and attack with its tentacles with the Attack Button.
